Since2020,atleast1,300childreninPennsylvaniahavehadmoneytakenfromthemthisway,tothetuneofatleast$15.7million,accordingtoaResolvePhillyandSpotlightPAanalysisoffouryearsofdataobtainedfrom47counties.
