Today,weareseeingthelargestnumberofhumanitarianemergenciessincethepost-WorldWarIIera.TheU.N.WorldFoodProgram(WFP)reportedthat343millionpeopleacrosstheglobearefacingseverehunger.It’scommonsenseweshouldbeexpandingourlife-savingaidprograms,notshuttingthemdownduringthistimeofcrisis.
