CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Dominique Hackey and his wife, Tori Hackey of Chesterfield County, are happy to know their son’s case of child abuse at the Henrico Doctor’s Hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) has now reopened.

8News initially broke the news to the Hackey family Monday, Dec. 30, after it was confirmed by the Henrico Commonwealth’s Attorney, Shannon Taylor, that families involved in an ongoing investigation into the Henrico Doctor’s Hospital’s NICU were in contact with officials.
